I have a Honeywell alarm system. I believe I might have

Hi I have a Honeywell alarm system. I believe I might have somehow disabled or bypassed the front door on it. The chime sounds for all other doors, but not this one. Also, if the alarm is set it will go off when any of the other doors are open except this one. Is there a way to fix this?
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Since a week or so ago when my husband, I believe, disabled it in order for the alarm to be ready to arm stay. Beforehand it would not set because it said the front door was not ready to arm
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried navigating the system but my next troubleshooting move was this website.

So you have one of the touchscreen models..

You may have the door set to be bypassed.

To clear the bypass zone, touch the SHOW ZONES icon, then touch the CLEAR BYPASSES icon.
