I have a powermax 33 with 3 TOWER-CAM PG2 and 2 NEXT-K9 CAM

Customer Question

Hello, I have a powermax 33 with 3 TOWER-CAM PG2 and 2 NEXT-K9 CAM PG2.
Despite the fact that the Pir Sensitivity setup is LOW, the Tower-Cam detect my little cat or my Robotic vacuum cleaner.
How can I setup the Pir Sensitivity to avoid all that problem ?
Thanks for your support.
Sorry for my poor english

Bonjour Olivier,

If the PIR sensitivity is already on the lowest setting then your only other option is to adjust the position of the motion sensors slightly upwards so that they only catch taller objects.

Hope that helps,

Hi Peter, thanks for your response.
I thought that it's possible to setup the 8 independents quad PIR detectors to trigger the alarm only when 4 PIR detectors are cut across (for exemple).
The spheres of action of the detector is large and is not possible to only catch taller objects in a wide area.
I'll try to adjust the position of the motion sensors.
Thanks for your support.

I'm not sure if that sort of programming is possible - let me check with the other techs...
