Customer Question

Hello, we bought a Lorex 1080P HD about 13 month ago, and it has worked fine, but all of a sudden, we can not get the puctures on any of our two iPhones?????
The cameras have the infared lights on, so it looke like their is a conx between the recorder and the cameras.

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today.

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this but I’ll do my best to help you out.

Are you getting an error message? Blank screen?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No just no pictures at all on any of the two iPhones
Expert:  p0llinate replied 1 year ago.

Can you view it locally (on the home network, from a web browser)?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
we have it only set up for the iPhones, and we can't receive anything even at home
Expert:  p0llinate replied 1 year ago.

From a computer, on the home network, you should be able to go to the IP address of the dvr to see the cameras live view that way

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That is not the issue, I need it on my iPhones, it has worked until now
Expert:  p0llinate replied 1 year ago.

I understand that. I am asking you to test the local connection as a means of verifying that it is properly connected to the lan.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The connection is good, it is hooked up with ethernet to a COX modem/router
Expert:  p0llinate replied 1 year ago.

That is not what I am referring to.

I'll need to opt out at this point. Best of luck to you.

Thank you, ***** *****'t help me AT ALL!!!!! So you better not charge me anything, or I will stop the payment from the credit card!
Expert:  p0llinate replied 1 year ago.

You paid your fee to the site already, per the agreed upon terms.

If you'd like to try again to resolve this, and can provide the information I've requested 3 times (go to the ip address of the dvr in internet explorer on a computer on the home network), then I can help you with this. I can address the issue for you remotely as well.

Otherwise any account matters would be handled yourself from the help page.
