I have to reset my admin password. Forgot the password
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Can't view cameras online anylonger for at least 6 months. Hadn't needed it tilnow
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: LHV221600. 16 channel recorder. Approx.2 years
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: no troubleshooting. Just tried entering password, but forgot it
JA: The security expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

The default username and password ***** both: admin

Were you able to log in using that information?

If that log in doesn't work, you will have to reset the device, which will in turn, erase all configuration on the DVR.

Thank you for the update. In that case, from the Live View menu, right click and choose "Main Menu". Log in with the following credentials:

user: admin

password: 000000
