Are you perhaps using a Guardium system?

If so, here's the message on your error message:

One can unregister a unit from the unit, not from the Central Manager, but the Central Manager's records aren't updated properly that way, so it may throw that error message about the status of that unit.

If you do not have a Guardium system, then please tell me what system you do have. Thanks.
