Customer Question

Hello - I have a 8 ch h. 264 hdcvr unit. We like some have lost the passsword to login. The default users have been removed so we only have an account by the name of admin and office. Is there a way to reset the pass or just do a factory reload of the whole system?

Hi there,
There are many different brands and models of 8 ch h. 264 hdcvr units.
On some units, there is a small battery inside which can be removed overnight or for a few days to reset the system to its factory settings.
If you cannot find a battery inside the unit, let me know some more information about it (make, model number) so I can assist you further.
Best,
Pete.
