My dog was hit by a car and in a lot of pain. My regular vet was out of town and the emergency vet only gave me a limited amount of pain medication. I was working hard to get him in to see a specialist, but because he is 130 lbs., I had no way of getting him into the car unless he could walk on his own. I had a question about giving human pain meds and it was answered fully and to my satisfaction AND, most importantly, helped my dog and me. I was able to get him to the specialist and have him fully evaluated. I would have never given him medication that could have potentially been toxic to him without first checking with a veterinarian. Just Answer allowed me to do that at 4:00 am in the morning, and again at 9:00 am, for a VERY reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone.

Simple problem solved simply
Had a problem with our son's 1999 Honda CRV. The gear shift locked when I put it in park. Another problem, but one that I wasn't sure was related, was that the horn had stopped working. The car is so old I don't even know where the owners manual is anymore. So I "googled" the problem and I found someone had had a similar situation on JustAnswer. The Honda tech on just answer confirmed that the horn and gear shift problems were related. Those two functions, plus the brake lights, were all on the same fuse. I checked it out and found that my brake lights weren't working, either. The tech even gave us a drawing of where to find the fuse box and the exact fuse. We bought the right fuse and installed it ourselves. All totaled it cost $39. That was a whole lot less than we would have paid if we'd had the car towed to the repair shop. Thank you, Honda Man!

Dr Gary nailed the diagnosis for our cherished Pekingese mix, Lola
My little dog Lola was in her kennel, obviously distressed, not willing to come out and socialize with the family. We guessed she had an upset tummy, but it didn't take long to figure out her hing legs weren't working, nor could she wag her tail. She cried out in pain when we tried to move her, and she could no longer control her bowels or bladder. To avoid prematurely rushing to the emergency vet, I consulted Dr. Gary to try to figure out what was going on. Dr Gary confirmed our suspicion that Lola had a back injury, and would need to see a vet for anti-inflammatory and pain killing drugs. He even mentioned all the names of the drugs that would be most effective. I took her in to our vet the following morning and she was indeed diagnosed with the back injury Dr. Gary suspected, and 2 of the drugs he mentioned were prescribed. Lola wagged her tail later that afternoon! By evening she was standing up! Dr. Gary directed me toward the solution, helped me make the best decisions to care for Lola until I could get her to our vet, and eased our worried minds. In a stressful situation like that we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Dr. Gary!

Connecting EPSON Stylus Photo RX510 to Windows 8.1.
Recently converted from Windows XP to 8.1. I had major problems trying to get this printer working. Within 1 hour, my printer worked for the FIRST time on Windows 8.1 - various "test" prints were used. I could understand where I had previously gone wrong in my installation approach. Now, very happy indeed.

I had a fairly hard to answer question concerning my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition.
