I would like to ask you a question. My mom passed away and I have to sell her home. When we ran the information from the building department we found out that when she remodeled her home in 1998 that never got a C of O. The electric and plumbing wasnt signed off. Could you tell me how much a plumber and electrician would charge to sign off the house. Thank you , oh....and what exactly do they have to do?

We have an Arctic Spa hottub and live in Fairbanks Alaska. This morning I discovered the tub was not heating and has dropped to 60 degrees F. It is 10 degrees F outside this morning. Our company that maintains our tub is not open on Sundays. We are wondering the best way to keep our tub from freezing and causing internal damage until a technician can come out tomorrow. We have tried using the jets which raised the temp 2 degrees in 20 minutes. Other options considered- add hot water to the tub which has could accomodate about 75 more galons or so; drain the tub;place a space heater in the cabinet.

The color wires are red, green black, and yellow (no white wire)
How is the red wire connected? There appears to be a horseshoe looking area where the red wire goes. I am a little unclear as to how the red wire goes into its area
