I want to demo some brick walls and some tile floors but I don't want to HGTV style demo with a sledge hammer. I am cheap scape and would like to know that best way to take out a brick wall to make a window into a door or delicately pulling up tile of the floor or the walls in a manner that will allow me me to reuse or repurpose 80 to 90% of my materials on another project at a later date.

Hi thereI just bought a camper trailer and before the summer I’d like to do some cosmetic work to it.I’d like to start at the ceiling and work my way down.I only looked at it for a few minutes but the ceiling seems good slightly soft near the ac where there was a leak but it was caught and fixed right away.Anyhow, I don’t like that plastic type ceiling. I looked at a lot of material but I am thinking of an idea I’d like to run past you.I am thinking of using cork underlay and staining it white so it has a white washed look. Probably I would seal it with urethane too.So what I am wondering is if I pull out an exacto knife and start cutting around the cupboards etc ... can I just pull down the plastic ceiling? Is there anything under there? Anything I need to be aware of??Back to the cork... any concerns there?

I am building patio in the backyard. There are four downsprout including one for sump pump what kind of pipe I should be using underneath the patio? These are three types in four different proposals 1. Corex piping 2. PVC 4" SD65 SOLID DRAIN PIPE 3. 4" double wall drain pipe 4. 4" corrugated drain pipe. All with pop up emitter. What's the difference? what do you recommend? and why?
