    Hello I just set up a mattress firm 600 base with Richmat control system. I can get the zero gravity and massage functions to work but I can not control the head or feet adjustments.

    Customer: I just talked to the store and we unplugged the frame and then plugged back in. I now can get the few functions. We could not get the head or feet to move so the suggested that I contact you.
    JA: Is there anything else the Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
    Customer: we got the UBL, snore, flat, zgrav, and massage modes work. I did not get the wave to shut off by hitting the wave three times I had to turn off the head and foot massage independently.
