Bunker Hill digital safe that will not open with usual code
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Bunker Hill SKU#P45891 About 10 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I had the safe open 3 days ago as I was replacing items I had taken on a trip. I have tried the usual code and the green light comes on but the handle will not turn
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I also tried a code listed on the website which was 159 and when immediately punch A but no luck

Model 1026 was trying to set hand held remote and now button on wall wont open the door
JA: Are there any objects blocking the signal between the remote and the TV?
Customer: No
JA: Have you tried removing the batteries and putting them back in?
Customer: im talking now about the fixed button on the wall

Hi, I have a Sentry Safe and I have the 5 digit code and the key but I am unable to unlock the safe. What am I doing wrong. Please give me a step by step procedure. I registered the safe with your company.
JA: Hi. How have you tried to access your safe so far?
Customer: the safe is in my den. I inserted the key turned it to an on position. typed in the numbers and tried to move the key dorr handle. Nothing happens . Does the key front have batteries. It seemsto me that I remembered a light or a beep would emit when entering the numbers.
JA: Did you buy your safe new or did you receive it secondhand?
Customer: Bought it from you new.
