I have a problem opening my Sentry Safe

Contractor's Assistant: Who makes your safe or home security system?

Sentry. I mean Sentry deposit box

Contractor's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your home security system?

Tried to change the battery. But now completely no power. I think has something to do with solenoid.

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else you want the security expert to know before I connect you?

OK connect me. Just wanted to know much it will cost me and how soon they can open.

What is the make and model number of your safe? Do you have a manual?
SENTRY
Do you know the correct combination? Do you have an override key?

Were the batteries (not rechargeable ones) changed?

When was the last time you successfully opened and closed the safe?

What happened that made it go from working to non-working?

If you could upload a couple of photos of the safe it would help considerably
