Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

You were correct in contacting sentry as they bought out the Brush safe company, however they don't have most of those original records any longer to tell you the combination.

The pattern for it is right left right, if you want to try the combo you believe it may be.

If that doesn't work, then the dial is damaged or you have the wrong combination. The only option at that point is to contact a locksmith to crack/drill the safe. This would damage it to the point of being unusable in most cases, but you could at least retrieve the contents of it. If you'd like to give me your zip code, I'd be happy to help find a local locksmith that could help you with this.

My apologies for the news,

Nathan
