I have a hot tub that ws just replaced they do not wire the

I have a hot tub that ws just replaced they do not wire the new one for me, I have Red, Black and White and a ground wire, which of the Red Black and White are Neutral for the 220 AC line that is being used? Both tubs were 220V AC with GFI already installed, just uncertain. I believe Red & Black in 220V AC are power and the White is Neutral, jut want to make sure.
