Small upright freezer installed in 11' x 4' enclosed (no permanent ventilation) closet with 9' ceiling. Plenty of clearance surrounding the unit.Constant room temperature is 83 degrees. Is this OK?

It won't hurt the freezer but the lack of ventilation will tend to trap heat in the closet which will increase electricity costs because the heat removed form the freezer (by the condensing unit) has no place to dissipate.
