Can the start switch on a PSR 12 - 2 Cordless Drill be locked
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I havent - but I want to attach a nibbler and cut metal sheet - to do this the drill needs to be on to free both hands - not hold the start switch
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes

Unfortunately, no. The start trigger switch will only operate while being held in. You cannot lock it in the run position. Let me know if you have further questions regarding this. Thanks!
