Customer Question

I have a laminate floor to which someone applied wax. It's a mess. Is it safe to use ammonia to remove the wax and restore the floor?
JA: Have you talked to a construction professional about the floor?
Customer: NO! We are trying to sell the house. We rented it out for a while. We did the home improvement ourselves. We are not interested in replacing the floor!
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yep!
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I want to know what the best way is to remove the wax without damaging the floor.
