Woolite and Resolve are two products that work well.
Follow all directions and make sure it is compatible with your fabric.
If you are not sure or cant find the manufacturers label you should have the couch professionally cleaned .

If you dont want to hire a professional vacumn thoroughly and also use a stiff brush.
Treat as " dry clean only " and clean with a non water based product.
You can test a product on a part of the couch where it will not show.
There is usually a part of the fabric tucked under the couch .
