purchased a weber spirit ES310 this Spring. Recently the temperature only gets to 400 degrees. The burner tubes are clean and the gas connection is free. What is my problem?

If this is a propane unit your regulator is probably faulty assuming of course there's adequate gas in the tank. Since this unit is less than a year old it should be a warranty issue. I'd contact Weber for a new regulator/hose assembly.
