Customer Question

I would like to calculate an insulation estimate based on a full set of plans given for a renovation/167' addition. How much will you charge for a review? Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. A materials list? I can't give you an actual estimate since I don't know what costs are in your area.

Not material costs, simply establish the square footage of insulated needed based on the plans.

Ok, I can do that. If this is just for you addition then $20 for the entire house $35. One thing I'd suggest is that you establish a relationship with a local insulation contractor/company. They will give you an installed cost price based on a plan or a site visit. Typically they are way cheaper than any other option.

Problem is they (Insul co) are very slow to follow up and I also need to know how to do it myself. I am running out, but will follow up later today of tomorrow. Thank you!
