Does it reverse immediately?

If you close it all the way, does it open fully normally?
If you hold down the wall pad button (not remote) through the course of the travel, does it close fully?

It close,but when touch the floor bounce back,doesn't do it all the time,

That points more to an issue with the sensors (the safety beam on either side of the door) not being aligned. Check that there is a light on them to indicate they are aligned and adjust as needed.
