Customer Question

I got a new car with HomeLink. In my STUPID quest to program it for my Wayne Dalton Pro Drive, I hit the program button on the Wayne Dalton unit multiple, random times.
Now, I have what appears to be a limit switch issue. The door only opens 18" and the light flashes. Another hit and it closes.
There are no obstructions.

The HomeLink works. All of the transmitters and HomeLinks work. However, the door only opens about 10" or so. It also closes properly.

HARD RESET: unplug the opener what should be for a good the meantime remove the batteries from the transmitters including key less..........plug back in the opener and replace the batteries which should be fresh

Sorry, I had an errand. I just unplugged it; I will report what happened.

No change. I didn't think that this would reset it. Otherwise, every time the power went out, it would need resetting. BTW, I am mostly using the doorbell switch to test these things (vs. the transmitters). But I am also using the transmitters.
