Customer Question

I have a Heatilator ND4236I. It only has a low blue flame. The valve is turned up all the way. It has a 3/8 supply line instead od a 1/2 inch supply line. Could this be the problem? Or does the size matter?

An undersized gas line is definitely a possibility. Not only the size of the branch line but the size of the gas main could be the issue
