1) To what height should the rebar be from the gravel base
2) what is the difference between hardener and sealer and are some brands better than others

1. rebar should ideally be in the middle of the slab

2. hardener makes the surface harder and is added to the mix before the pour, sealer seals the surface of the slab after the slab cures. One brand is as good as the other there are no real differences in brands except to the salesmen trying to sell it to you
