Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. What to do depends upon the maker and model of your safe to a small extent - let me know. Also important, is whether the safe landed on its front (or, where the lock is located) or on some other side.In some cases, if the safe locks with a lever or latch, jiggling or jolting the latch, somewhat forcibly e.g. by striking with a rubber mallet, could help free up the problem.Lock lubricant introduced into the locking mechanism might also not harm it much, but I don't advise that until I have been told the maker and model # ***** the safe and can give more specific directions. So let me know the maker and model # ***** also where the safe landed (in terms of which side it landed on with regard to the lock and the latching side.)
