Hi thanks thats it!
What is likely happening is that the sensor is out of alignment (has become loose) or has failed, as they will occasionally. Usually you will find that the sensor that detects if something is in the way is set too low by becoming loose. Thats what you need to check. Sometimes it is the main control board that can cause this as well but that is extremely rare. You will need some basic tools to fix this an if you need the sensor please let me know and I will help you locate a new replacement sensor.
