I have a variable speed, two stage furnace. I purchased a thermolec plenum heater model no. T-20U-DFC and S/N 209751-008 and had it installed.

Now I'm wondering if I have the correct unit?

If not; can it be wired to function properly.

The give away was this unit came with two 60 amp breakers, but in the tech information I'm looking at, only shows shows one 60 amp breaker for a variable speed heater?

Please help!

The question on the breakers is it two single
breakers or one double breaker.
It can be wired either way . One 60 amp
Double covers both legs simoutaneously
Two single 60 amp breakers will do the same thing.
They each handle one side of the circuit.
They have to be bridged at the switch then they
function the same as the double.
Thus two 60 amp breakers
one 60 amp breaker
The key word us double or single.'
You said the unit has already been installed.
It should work fine.
