How to clean Stainless steel pan that has a lot of burnt stuff?

Customer Question

How do we easily clean a Stainless steel frying pan that has much burnt stuff on it from cooking? The flat part I was able to clean, however, the sides are dirty

To clean the sides, add a cup of vinegar and fill the pan with water. Bring the pan to the boil and then turn off the heat, may then add a few tablespoons of baking soda to the pan and allow the cool down for 20 to 30 minutes. Can then empty the pan and scour with some baking soda powder as well. If there are any burn marks that don't come off still, make a paste of baking soda and a couple of drops of water to rub on the marks and leave the paste on the marks for a while before trying to clean again.
