Termites. Just had a home inspection on a house and noticed

Resolved Question:

Just had a home inspection on a house and noticed a sticker
on the inside of a cabinet door under the sink.
It said the house had been treated for sub ternatium termites one month ago.
The seller did not disclose this.
We did not notice any termite damage.
House is on a slab.
Should we be concerned?

Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you today.

If you just had a home inspection done and the inspector found no evidence of termites then I wouldn't be concerned. One of the main parts of the inspection is to poke and prod at the wood framing with an ice pick to find any evidence of termites/ carpenter ants. The report would show even the slightest sight of any damage or evidence and there would be recommendations on having the damage fixed prior to the sale.

Termites live practically everywhere and they are attracted to wood that is exposed to water. If you keep the wood framing dry you have a better chance of never seeing them.

The sticker may have just been a preventative treatment which is typical and and usually a good idea to do regularly, just to keep the termites and carpenter ants in the woods and keep them out of your house.
