Should the builder be rsponsible since he changed the design that is so off centered all theother homes of the same model have even doors and windows mine is the only one that is diffdrent out of5 other same home type
If the design that you ordered has been changed by the builder without your approval then, yes. He/She/They are responsible for delivering the home as laid out in the plans. Any modifications, especially to elevation changes, must be approved by the customer.
Have the contractor provide you with a set of the "approved" original building plans. If the elevation of the doors and windows is not like what you have then they must, by code, make it so.
The reason I say "by code" is that any time you build a structure you must submit plans for approval by the local building department. By building the structure differently than what is indicated on the approved set of plans they may be creating a weak point in the structure. That is a code violation.
