Hello, welcome to Just Answer. You can slice a potato and put it in the soup, the cell of the potato will absorb the salt by osmosis. This can only work with food in liquid form. Another way if let say it feel 2x too salted is to just do the same recipe but without salt and keeping the same proportion and then mix the 2 you made (again, only work with food not in solid form).
