Mud jacking up the garage floor is not a do it yourself job. If it lasted 15 to 20 years that is pretty good. You can either cut out the floor slab and reinforce it and dowel it into the grade beams and try to level it that way or install a topping slab to level it. Probably not a long term fix but a fix depends on how many years you can get out of the fix before tearing everything out and replacing the slab. Foundation leveling is one of those things that has various guarantees but never really takes care of the problem without creating other issues ie... broken plumbing, etc...To really fix the problem you have to put in a truly well reinforced and well supported foundation that goes to a layer in the soil strata that can support the load. Good luck. If this has proved helpful please remember to hit ACCEPT, otherwise I do not receive credit. Thank you.
