how to fix walls of fireplace flute

fireplace flute walls has bricks that have fallen and cracks with divids. how can we repair the walls to make it a usable fireplace.

You can patch all the cracks in the joints of your firebrick and replace the the bricks that have fallen by using refractory mortar. You will most likely still have to get the fireplace and chimney inspected. Here is a link to a company that sells refractory mortar, I recommend this product or something similar.
