how do you get liquid nails off your hands after it drys

my girlfriend was helping panel some walls and she applied the liquid nails with her hands and didnt wash it off now its dried and caked on and its hurting her hands and wont come off

Using products like Goop hand cleaner will help remove the Liquid Nails. If you don't have any of that Lard, Cold Cream, and most cooking oils will help remove the Liquid Nails. FInger Nail Polish, the kind with acetone will work but it will be very drying to her hands. Taking a hot shower will also help loosen the Liquid Nails.
