Hello, First I would try to find out why and where the water was getting in. If this is an aluminum pontoon, drill a hole either in the top or the bottom of the pontoon. If you drill from the top you will need to pump the water out with some type of pump, either hand or electrically run. If you drill from the bottom, the water will most likely run out on its own. Go to your local boat store and purchase a plug kit. Some say the bottom plug is better. I think it's a matter of preference. Holes can also be brazed back over but this should be done by professionals. (type of welding for aluminum). If you have a fiberglass pontoon you would have to pick up a fiberglass patch kit and patch any holes that are drilled out or if you find any cracks that may be causing the water seapage.
