No,there never has been a documented case where HIV has been transmitted through a toothbrush.
HIV can be transmitted only through body to body transmission of four types of fluid. These are blood, semen, breast milk and vaginal fluid.
Saliva does not transmit HIV.
In rare case of blood being present on toothbrush it would need a large amount of blood to be exchanged between two people sharing a toothbrush and blood should not have dried as HIV virus cannot survive when dry.
