Hello from JustAnswer.

This test is not yet considered conclusive. This test is very sensitive and the average time to a positive test is about 22 days. But there is much variability in when people will develop a positive test, and a repeated test at 3 months is considered conclusive.

Most people that will convert will have done so by this point, so a negative test is very reassuring, but it is only a repeated test at 3 months that would be considered conclusive.

If I can provide any clarification, please let me know.
