We have an isx CM 870 fuel system that has a lot of air in

Customer Question

Customer: Hi We have an isx CM 870 fuel system that has a lot of air in the ecm cooling loop after thee electric lift pump shuts off. It's been kicking our hinders for a week. Switched afsm's with no better results
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Did an inframe and the truck ran great for about three weeks. Then developed a slight "miss" Seems like cylinders 1 and 2 have the least noticible miss when we do a cutout test
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $54) to post your type of question to Heavy Equipment Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. We can help you for less if you're not in a rush. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: How long is a bit?
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

What do you mean by least noticeable miss, is that that you can't tell when you shut them off? As opposed to 3,4,5,6 you can really notice them when you cut them off?
