VerifiedHi my name is Steve and I may be able to help you out. I see that changed the fuel filter and pumped it up, I would recommend that you loosen the fuel injection lines at the fuel injectors and crank the engine with the throttle at the max position and confirm that fuel is spraying out of the injection lines, then tighten the lines and try to start the engine. Also listen for the fuel solenoid on the injection pump to click when you turn the key on and off. If this doesn't work then get me the machine serial number and we will proceed from there. Thanks.
