You need to use insite and check commanded fuel psi VS measured this will tell you if your fuel rail is getting pressure. Injectors need 1400PSI to even open, If no pressure check the relief valve on the rail or you can have a leaking injector than you will need special tools to find. other causes are a failed fuel pump, lift pump, Let me know if you need more info Please provide the engine serial number and fault code either 559 or 2215
The only way to test an ecm is to swap it out with a known good one .You still have a high pressure leak somewhere commandes and measures should mathc +- 200 pasi
