Hi. Thanks for using JA! I will try and help you out.

The intake valves set to 0.015. The exhaust valves set to 0.025.


There is a plug in the flywheel housing on the turbo side of the engine. Remove the plug and rotate the engine clockwise from the front until the hole in the flywheel lines up. At that time the engine ois on tdc 1 or 6. If the rocker arms are loose on number 1 cylinder, you are on compression 1. You then adjust the intake valves on 1,2,4 and the exhaust valves on 1,3,5.

When the rockers arms are loose on number 6, you adjust the intake valves on 3,5,6 and exhaust on 2,4,6.


The bolts of the rocker shaft torque to 65 foot pounds.

I had a type error on the torque spec.

 

It is 74 foot pounds on the large bolts and there are some smaller bolts that torque to 21 foot pounds.
