Bobcat: the bucket tilt actuatuator the hyd function shuts..restart

This answer was rated:

on a bobcat s250 every so often&sometimes too often when operaring the bucket tilt actuatuator the hyd function shuts off sometimes you have to restart machine several times in order to get it to start working. we have put 2 joystick controls & 2 solenoids & reworked the actuator spool it some times will work ok but always acts up again any suggestions

Is the machine giving any fault codes when this problem occurs?

Is the seat bar and door lights still on when the hydraulic functions stop working?

yes we get the error code for the tilt actuator, not sure of any other lights on I will have to check w/all the operators
The seat bar light (and door light if equipped) should be on when the hydraulics quit working if those sensors are working correctly. If the seat bar is down and the door is closed and one of those two lights goes out when the hydraulics quit, inspect the respective sensor.
