Customer: I have a Komatsu FG30HT-14 S/N 591942A When I select forward the truck will load up but will not roll this happens in reverse as well.Changed out the Main /C relay truck worked in forward and reverse for a couple of hours than stopped shifting again .Changed out relay same problem.Disconnected strobe and backup lights no change.Checked all fuses all are fine.Made sure relay connections are seated same problem.Changed out ignition switch same problem.Where should I check next.

Hello, when you have the issue will the forklift not move at all? The transmission should have a number stamped into it on a machined boss somewhere, see if you can find that for me. Thanks

Jeff the tranny has no number stamped into the casing it is a torqueflow transmission not the clutch style.Just after we started having this problem the tranny would engage momentarily in either forward or reverse than drop out in a few seconds.now it doesnt even do that.i had changed out the Main/C relay and it worked for a couple of hours and now it doesnt work at all.

Yes it does
The left hand pedal should apply the brakes and put the transmission in neutral at the same time. Follow the linkage/cable from the brake pedal to the transmission control valve and make sure the spool that it actuates isn't hanging up. This spool basically dumps the transmission clutch pressure when the brake is applied. Check it out and let me know. Thanks
