Is it pulsating the hydraulics?
Does it vibrate when no hydraulic functions are being used?
Does this machine have a forward/reverser or two speed?
If either does it make any difference in the problem?
I would be most concerned with looking at the transmission pump, all of your symptoms point to it. The main pump is set to generate the same pressure weather or not there is air in the system or not it just takes longer for the functions to reach full stroke.
Being that it works ok for a little while means that once there is heat built up in the clutch from the pump, high pressure leak or a slipping clutch it stops is going to be one or more of the following.
Bad clutch seals, worn out clutch disks.
Faulty trans pump.
Hight pressure leak in the trans pump circuit.
Part 7 is a suction screen you should check as well.
Sorry about the hot/cold answer, I was dealing with another customer with similar issues. Pay attention to what you find in the screen. There could be clutch material in the screen. I still think there is a problem in the trans pump or clutch.
Thank you
