What model lift is this? Have large? Is this the 4 cylinder diesel mazda.? Do you get smoke when cranking? How did problem begin? Just take test light or voltmeter to the glow plug strip and see if you have 12 volts when the key is in the glow plug position. Are you sure you have fuel to the injectors? The fuel shutoff could be keeping fuel from getting to the injectors. Is it working?

I think this engine is made by Perkins. Yale has no web site that can be accessed by anyone but a dealer. I know, I worked for Yale dealer for 5 years.

the fuel shutoff if i unplug it no more fuel and the glow plug shows 12.62 volts

Glow plugs are getting voltage and the fuel shutoff must be working. Do you have smoke out the exhaust when cranking? If glow plugs are working and the fuel is getting to the injectors, and you have smoke, the engine should run. The other possible is it is out of time. or the valves are not opening like they should. Have you pulled rocker cover to check the valves?
