VerifiedLift the cab, just at the button of the handles linked there is a solenoid, take off two screws and take off the solenoid as well. that solenoid have a plunger with spring make sure this two item came off two. and now try to move the unit. If the unit moves: that solenoid have 3 wires (black - red -and white, I believe) white is ground, red 12V constant (hold the plunger in), black is getting 12V when you crank it then desapear. (It just to suck the plunger in). If you have all those Voltage the solenoid is bad, is not you have electrical problems.
