Was unit run out of fuel or filters changed? The Detroit has to have the filter filled and if that won't do it has to have fuel pumped through the secondary filter until the fuel comes out the return line. It can be done with a hand primer pump or and electric pump. The 1/4 pipe plug in the top of the secondary filter is the port to us. Do not pull rocker cover and try to bleed at injectors, will not help. Usually just filling filters when doing filter change and reving unit when it first starts will purge all air from the system. Let me know. Thanks.
