Any thing specific you are needing the torque and sequence for?

I don't have that info now. Can have it tomorrow. Had to change the head and injectors.

Here are the torque specs.If you have anymore questions, just ask.

Install the injector hold down clamp cap-screw. Torque Value: 75 n.m [55 ft-lb]

Rocker cover Torque Value: 15 n.m [130 in-lb]

Intake Manifold Torque Value: 47 n.m [35 ft-lb]

Exhaust Manifold

Torque Value:Step 127 n.m [20 ft-lb]
Step 247 n.m [35 ft-lb]

Injector and Valve Measurement Sequence
Bar Engine in Direction of RotationPulley PositionSet Cylinder
Advance toB55

Firing Order: 1-5-3-6-2-4

Tighten the Head bolt cap-screws in the sequence shown to the specified values:

Torque Value:Step 168 n.m [50 ft-lb]
Step 2136 n.m [100 ft-lb]
Step 3Rotate 180 degrees.


NOTE: Rotate at least two flats, but not more than three flats.

Tighten the seven cap-screws on the fuel pump side of the cylinder head starting in middle and working your way outwards. Torque Value: 68 n.m [50 ft-lb]
