VerifiedYour Clark is a 6000 lb unit. What you have is a stuck reverse clutch. It is on all the time, thus it will move in reverse and also is in reverse in neutral. When you put it in forward, both clutches are trying to pull , so it goes nowhere and loads up. What usually happens on these units is that the clutch plates flake off from getting moisture on the paper plates. The repair will be having the transmission rebuilt with new plates and seals. Not what people want to hear, but I worked as service manager for Clark dealer for 20 yrs. and am quite familiar with this model. Thanks.
