Hi again Jim. Sorry for the delay, i am at work. The injectors do not have a adjustment.

Here are the overhead specs

Here are the injector torque

Note: Do not use the shoulder bolt and the socket head bolt in order to seat the injector.

  • Install bolt (4) . Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 6 N·m (50 lb in).
    1. Install bolt (3) . Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 12 N·m (9 lb ft).

     

     

    Main cap bolts toruqe to 40 foot pounds then turn additional 90 degrees.

     

    Rod bolts torque to 52 foot pounds and then turn additional 120 degrees.

     

    Rod bolts that have nuts torque to 40 foot pounds and turn additional 60 degrees.

     

    Rocker shaft torques to 74 foot pounds

     

    14 Bigger head bolts torque to 221 back bolt off to washer is loose. Retorque to 95 and then recheck at 95.Then turn additional 90 degrees. The 5 smaller head bolts torque to 41 foot pounds. When i get off work , i can upload picture of torque sequence for u. Also if you have anymore questions or missed something, just ask. Thanks

    Here is the head torque sequence also.

     

    Tighten the cylinder head bolts according to the following procedure:

    1. Tighten bolt (1) through bolt (14) in a numerical sequence to a torque of 300 ± 15 N·m (221 ± 11 lb ft).
    1. Loosen bolt (1) through bolt (14) until the washers are loose under the bolt heads.
    1. Tighten bolt (1) through bolt (14) again in a numerical sequence to a torque of 130 ± 15 N·m (95 ± 11 lb ft).
    1. Again tighten bolt (1) through bolt (14) in a numerical sequence to a torque of 130 ± 15 N·m (95 ± 11 lb ft).
    1. Turn bolt (1) through bolt (14) in a numerical sequence for an additional 90° (1/4 turn).
    1. Tighten bolt (15) through bolt (20) in a numerical sequence to a torque of 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft
